    You’ll be given a simple sleep diary to complete over 3–5 days

    📹 60-Minute Video Consultation
    A chance for us to connect, talk through your child’s sleep challenges, and get clear on your goals. It is an opportunity to discuss your little one’s sleep concerns in more detail.

    🌙 Bespoke Holistic Sleep Plan
    Within 48 hours of our consultation, you’ll receive a personalised sleep plan.

    💬 3 Weeks WhatsApp Support
    You’ll have access to 3 weeks support via WhatsApp during my working hours*. I will be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and importantly to celebrate your success as you begin to see improvements in your little one’s sleep.

Once starting your sleep plan with Tender Loving Sleep you will usually notice improvements to your little one’s sleep within just a couple of nights

This package is perfect for those in the late stages of pregnancy when you’re eagerly awaiting your little one’s arrival, or for the early days and weeks after birth.

Whether you are preparing for baby or settling into life with your new-born (0-12 weeks) I’m here to offer support and clarity when it comes to new-born sleep.
