I’m a certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach, a midwife, and a mum to a very energetic two-year-old—so I get it.

About Me

Hi, I’m Georgia,

Based in Sussex I am a OCN certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Coach, NHS Midwife, and mum to a very busy two-year-old!

I’ve spent over nine years working closely with parents and young children, giving me a real understanding of the challenges that come with early childhood – especially when it comes to sleep.

Sleep doesn’t need to be confusing and as a sleep coach I offer expert, compassionate support that’s completely tailored to your family and your little one’s unique needs.

Exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if your baby will ever sleep?

I’ve been there.

As a midwife, I thought I was prepared (how wrong was I) —nothing quite prepared me for the reality of sleep deprivation. Even the smallest tasks felt heavy.

I quickly realised how deeply sleep deprivation affects everything—your mood, your relationships, even basic daily tasks.

Early motherhood was joyful in so many ways—but the exhaustion was constant. Without sleep, I struggled to function and started to lose my sense of self. I didn’t know where to turn—but reaching out for support was the moment things started to shift.

It wasn’t until we worked with a sleep coach and followed a tailored, gentle plan that everything changed.

Our son began sleeping through the night and napping well, and I could finally breathe again. The fog lifted—and I felt like me again.

That experience changed everything, it lit a passion in me to support other parents.

With my background as a midwife, experience as a mum, and expertise as a sleep coach, I provide gentle, evidence-based sleep support that is tailored to your child’s needs and empowers your parenting instincts.

Tender Loving Sleep was born from experience, empathy, and a deep belief that sleep support should feel right for your family.
